What has been Accomplished
- Efficient Transportation Decision Making (ETDM) Screening, facilitating continued early coordination with the resource and regulatory agencies;
- Formally established the Class of Action as an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) with the project limits (Logical Termini) as Manth Lane on the west and U.S. 1 on the east;
- April 2008 to June 2008 - development and approval of the Project schedule;
- Public and agency coordination meetings throughout the process;
- Public and agency/elected officials kick-off meetings were held on July 10, 2008;
- Scoping Meeting was held on September 18, 2008;
- Alternatives Public Workshop was held on June 4, 2009;
- Development of 18 separate Technical Support Documents;
- Development of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) - Approved for Public Availability on July 1, 2011;
- Public Hearing was held on September 22, 2011
- City Resolution 12-R14 was passed on January 23, 2012 supporting Alternative 1C as the Locally Preferred Alternative.
